Cantieri Navali Caorle
History
Cantieri Navali Caorle has been operating for over 25 years in the national nautical sector in the Northern Adriatic.
The shipyard was founded on a passion for yachting and the expertise of Engineer Giovanni De Martin. A graduate in mechanical engineering in the 1970s, he built his professional career in mechanical companies in the Treviso area, where he established an internationally successful group based on the development of innovative and highly productive mechanical manufacturing techniques.
His vision as both an entrepreneur and yacht owner led him to seize the opportunity created by the absence of an adequate marine service center in the Northern Adriatic, thus founding Cantieri Navali Caorle (also known by its acronym CNC).

Staff and Shipyard Facilities
CNC combines cutting-edge technologies with the finest traditions of classic shipbuilding.
Its highly skilled and qualified staff make Cantieri Navali Caorle a benchmark of excellence in the Northern Adriatic market for vessels up to 33 meters.
The CNC shipyard covers a total indoor surface area of 8,000 square meters, consisting of two fully independent enclosed facilities, each equipped with a launching and hauling basin:
- The first facility features a basin measuring 25 x 6.5 meters and a Travel Lift with a lifting capacity of up to 65 tons.
- The second facility has a basin measuring 35 x 9 meters and a Travel Lift with a lifting capacity of up to 130 tons, making CNC one of the shipyards with the highest lifting capacity in the Northern Adriatic.
Both facilities are fully equipped and connected to a 10,000-square-meter open-air yard. Within the shipyard, dedicated areas are available for marine carpentry, sandblasting and yacht bodywork painting, storage, and marine fabrication, ensuring that every phase of repair, service, and refitting can be managed in-house from start to finish.
Our Mission | Cantieri Navali Caorle
Having become over time a renowned and prestigious shipyard, our facility is not just a simple shipyard, but a true service center capable of addressing the countless aspects of a vessel’s lifecycle — from outfitting to restoration, from storage to maintenance, and workshop operations.
The mission of Cantieri Navali Caorle is to meet the expectations of yacht owners. CNC provides reliable and effective solutions through its shipyard services, supported by a qualified team and state-of-the-art facilities.
CNC operates on catamarans and yachts up to 33 meters, as well as on tourist vessels, motorboats, pontoons, and fishing boats.
CNC Quality
The philosophy of Cantieri Navali Caorle is to ensure that every client is supported in solving the issues of their vessel in an effective and long-lasting way.
Customer satisfaction is therefore both the starting point and the core of our actions: we aim to be recognized as a trusted partner for our competence, reliability, and flexibility in meeting owners’ needs.
Taking into account the context in which it operates, the shipyard’s primary strategic objective is to achieve the satisfaction of its clients and other stakeholders (ownership, staff, suppliers, institutions, etc.), through the continuous improvement of all business processes and by developing and applying a managerial corporate organization system in accordance with UNI EN ISO 9001.
Our organizational system embraces the “plan-do-check-act” philosophy, inspired by the implementation and certification of the management model based on UNI EN ISO 9001, the methodologies of risk management, and the “risk-based thinking” approach defined by ISO 9001.
