Cantieri Navali Caorle specializes in marine fabrication for motorboats, sailing yachts, catamarans, and work vessels such as barges, pontoons, ferries, and fishing boats. The shipyard also operates on yachts and mega yachts, carrying out repairs, structural modifications, and partial or complete refitting activities.
All work is performed in-house, within a state-of-the-art infrastructure that includes:
- 8,000 m² of covered sheds
- 10,000 m² of open-air yard for storage
- 2 launching and hauling basins: one for vessels up to 65 tons and 21 meters, and the other up to 130 tons and 22 meters
The shipyard is located just 5 minutes from the Adriatic Sea, in a strategic position that also facilitates the access of large vessels.
Structural Repairs and Certified Welding
Cantieri Navali Caorle carries out marine fabrication works on:
- Steel and aluminum hulls
- Watertight bulkheads and structural reinforcements
- Damaged or modified decks and bridges
- Engine supports, foundations, and onboard structures
Welds are performed by qualified personnel in compliance with current marine regulations. Upon request, non-destructive testing (NDT) can be carried out by certified technicians.
Refit and Custom Modifications for Every Vessel
Each intervention is fully customized: marine fabrication is integrated with joinery, systems engineering, and bodywork to ensure complete or targeted refitting, always in full compliance with the agreed timelines set by the owner or appointed technicians.
The CNC team works either on projects provided by the client or on designs developed in-house, always in synergy with the other departments of the shipyard.
